BackARM Hardfaced Rope Sockets

Here we provide details on how we repair rope sockets including a special modification that increases the operational life of the dump lug bush and reduces elongation.

This allows the ARM rebuilt  rope socket to last around 12 months and save approximately 6 rebuilds (in total) per dragline.

Estimated savings are around $100K per dragline per annum.
